Sometimes creating this life takes hard work, but I promise you it is so worth it. I want to support you in creating a life you can find balance and joy in. Therapeutic Approach

I want to support whatever changes you’re trying to make, while also being your cheerleader along the way. I don’t believe that you have to beat yourself up in order to reach your goals. You can want to make change, while still loving the person you currently are. I’m here to help you see that.

I truly believe that the most effective way to make change is by approaching things with a balanced perspective. Change happens when we are consistent, patient, and kind to ourselves. When you show up and do the work you will start to notice major improvements in your life. Often those changes are gradual, but have the potential to be long-lasting and completely change your life.

My therapy style gravitates towards a Cognitive Behavioral and Client-Centered approach. As the poet Hafiz tells us, “the words you speak become the house you live in” and I couldn’t agree more. I believe I can help you recognize some of the unhealthy thought patterns you’ve developed over the years which are no doubt leading to some of those uncomfortable emotions and behaviors.
